  • 1. Fuel System Issues:

    • Fuel hose overheated and sprayed gas onto the engine, causing the engine to smoke.
    • Fuel regulator hose failed, causing an engine fire.
    • Fuel leaking in the carburetor, causing the vehicle to catch on fire.
    • Fuel injectors failed, causing the vehicle to stall without warning.
