  • 1. ABS Brake Issues:

    • ABS brakes fail when driving on wet grounds, causing vehicle to skid.

  • 2. Air Conditioning Issues:

    • Air conditioner leaks due to improperly assembled.

  • 3. Door/Window Issues:

    • Connecting rod from the door lever to the locks keeps falling off, making it impossible to open the sliding door.
    • Driver's door lock fell inside door, making loud noise.

  • 4. Engine Issues:

    • Engine compartment fire caused by fuel leak.
    • Engine failure possibly due to oil pump.

  • 5. Fuel System Issues:

    • Fuel tank developed cracks resulting in fuel leakage.
    • Fuel tank inlet grommet leaks fuel until about half of the tank is drained.

  • 6. Paint Issues:

    • Exterior body paint began to flake off the roof.
    • Paint delamination.
    • Paint is peeling off around the body, mainly the hood and roof.

  • 7. Safety Belt Issues:

    • Armrest recall was done, now seat belt cannot be used because of it.

    • Driver's seat fell apart.
    • Rear captain chairs in the van, seatbelt retractors do not retract.

  • 9. Steering/Transmission Issues:

    • Intermittent failure of the automatic transmission slipping while driving up an incline.
    • Steering column loose, cause unknown.
    • Transmission does not shift into higher gear, also noisy.

  • 10. Suspension Issues:

    • Replaced front shock absorbers 3 times.
    • Warped front brake rotors, turned and replaced.

  • 11. Miscellaneous Issues:

    • Noise coming from front end, sub-frame rusting away.
    • Rear side doors cracking loose.
    • Recall #970 previously fixed by Dodge in 2001, same problem occurring again.
